NY UNION — Planning Board approves special permit for North Brookside Avenue mixed-use development. The five-member board voted unanimously to grant Onijust Holdings LLC a special permit and approve its site plan for a two-family residence and indoor recreation facility at 33 North Brookside Avenue in the Urban Single-Family Zone, following environmental review and lead agency designation under state requirements. In other action, the board unanimously approved a solar panel special use permit transfer from My Solar Grid to Lalor Dental at 13 Beech Street and site plans for Burger King at 3310 East Main Street and Dayton Auto Care at 315 Scarborough Drive.
