Agendas & · Meeting of May 12, 2026

NY UNION — Union Planning Board approves hydrological study, clearing regulatory hurdle for mixed-use development. The board unanimously approved the analysis for 600 Main Street and called a public hearing for June 9, 2026. The study concludes redevelopment would not increase flood risk to surrounding properties with development scenarios involving mixed-use, hotel, and recreational facilities.

The board also approved a site plan for Copier Fax Business Technologies at 1019 Middle Stella Ireland Road, recommended a use variance for a private gym facility at 33 North Brookside Avenue, and approved a two-foot variance for a digital notification sign at Town Hall.
