NY UNION — Planning Board approves Caremore site plan, schedules Steel Company aquifer hearing. The board unanimously voted to approve site plan review for Caremore Health & Wellness at 1104 Union Center on Maine Highway, a reuse of an existing commercial structure. The board also unanimously declared itself lead agency for The Steel Company's project at 1239 Campville Road and scheduled an aquifer permit public hearing for February 10, 2026, at 7:00 PM.
Colleen Bullock was unanimously elected Vice Chair. A public hearing was held on a proposed automotive sales use at One Key Auto Repair and Sales at 19 Delaware Avenue, though no formal vote was recorded.
