NY UNION — Union Town Board unanimously approves solar project crossing agreement and labor contract. The Town Board approved a Crossing Agreement and Easement for the Kot Road Solar Project with LSE Titan LLC and LSE Titan II LLC, subject to Town Attorney approval. In related votes, it unanimously approved a three-year tentative labor agreement with The Civil Service Employees' Association Local 804 for blue-collar workers (effective January 1, 2026, pending full ratification), and authorized purchase of a Falcon 3 Ton Hot Box Trailer from Stephenson Equipment, Inc., for $41,593.00.
The board also approved closure of the Housing Choice Voucher Program waiting list for up to 24 months, given a waiting period exceeding four years.
