NY UNION — Planning Board approves multiple permits and solar project transfer. The Union Planning Board unanimously approved a Special Permit and Site Plan Review for One Key Auto Repair and Sales at 19 Delaware Ave, approved revised site plan stipulations for St Athanasius Church at 1801 Utica St including a stormwater maintenance agreement and extended landscaping plan deadlines, and scheduled a public hearing for an Aquifer Permit for The Steel Company's manufacturing facility on March 10, 2026 at 7 p.m. The board also unanimously transferred the special use permit for a large-scale solar project at 1567 Union Center-Maine Hwy from Norbut Solar Farms to NJR Clean Energy Ventures III Corporation.
